I agree Mike that it’s a complete body system that really should be called a detox system. When the body gets overloaded with toxins from food, air, water, medications, jabs , negative emotions the list can go on. Ive read (from the amazing Northern Tracey) that the immune system was a construct of germ theorists- concocted in the 1950's? Or maybe 70's? As a way to explain (or hand-wave away) those who don't get sick when exposed to "pathogenic particles".

very interesting I've been coming to similar conclusions 'The body does not want to suppress its own detox symptoms in the acute phase, but as the toxins are removed and the patient convalesces, the symptoms need to be reduced and the body returned to normal. The increase in production of ‘neutralising’ antibodies may bind to these ‘shock’ proteins, suppress their action and prevent further cytopathic effects, both in cell culture and in the body.
In the case of ‘SARS’ one of these shock proteins is the so-called spike protein, which is produced by the cell in response to oxidation and stress, and has been observed since the 90’s.
If the mRNA in the jab is translated into this stress response protein ’spike’, and antibodies hyped up by the jab bind to it and suppress its action, this would explain the period when the vaccinated allegedly avoided ‘severe covid’. However suppression of detoxification symptoms, also a problem with early interventions such as Ivermectin, means that whatever the body was trying to get rid of; inorganic toxins, products of physical, mental or emotional stress etc will remain in the body. One may also ask the question, how long does a specific type of cancer take to grow? For the sake of argument, lets take patient X that found a cancer tumor in 2022, well if that specific type of cancer takes between 5-10 years or even longer to grow then how can a COVID-19 injection in 2021-2022 then be the cause of the cancer that takes 5-10 years to grow? Important to note here is that I do not try to claim here that the COVID-19 injections are safe because they aren't but we should be careful to not fall into the trap of blaming the wrong things either out of convenience because no true prevention can occur if we are addressing the wrong cause or causes.
